A warm welcome to old and new visitors to our website featuring Holiday Properties in this area of outstanding natural beauty – East Devon into West Dorset and Somerset. Our part of the world is now a recognized new “WORLD HERITAGE SITE”, the first natural one in the Country. This “Jurassic Coast” runs from Exmouth in East Devon through Sidmouth, Beer, Seaton and over the border into Lyme Regis, Charmouth and beyond. Most of our properties are well situated to explore this exciting coastline.

Milkbere, based in Seaton has been in the self-catering business for many years. It has always been our aim to provide a good range of selected properties – Cottages, modern bungalows, seaside apartments, coastal homes, countryside retreats and luxury caravans. Catering for all tastes and offering value for money. All the properties are
inspected annually by VisitBritain (VB) and are awarded star gradings. We are continually adding new properties to a supplement list and web site and are also able to offer longer letting throughout the Winter months.
