Most delightful, spacious detached house tucked away in a quiet, select residential lane surrounded by pretty countryside in this friendly village of Colyford, between the popular coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.  Excellently positioned with stunning uninterrupted views of the Axe ValleySuperb beach, Esplanade and Harbour a mile away at small seaside town of Seaton with a variety of shops, restaurants, golf course and cliff top walks on this Heritage Coast

Colyford has a PO/Store, butcher, two inns, a restaurant and the local Nature Reserve with an abundance of flora and fauna just a minute's walk away. Famous Tramway runs along the beautiful Valley and River Axe from Colyford to Seaton and to Colyton.



The house is approached through wrought iron gates into private drive - 89" entrance width, (care with low riser cars) .
