A well presented spacious penthouse apartment, situated solely on the second and third floors set in attractive Victorian coastal house, with outstanding sea views and to the Axe cliffs. 

 

Delightful outlook over the Jubilee Gardens with bowling and putting greens, two tennis courts, the Jubilee Tower and sea views.  Most convenient with spectacular mile long beach, shops and all amenities just a 2 minute walk away.  Stroll along the level Esplanade to the pretty Axmouth harbour or for the more energetic the World Heritage Jurassic Coast footpaths to the picturesque fishing village of Beer and Branscombe or to the coastal town of Lyme Regis in the other direction. 

 

A superb holiday location for sailing, fishing, boating, bird watching or just lazing on the beach and exploring the many resorts and villages in this pretty part of East Devon.

We have had a lovely time.  The apartment is spacious and very comfortable.  The view from the bay window is great.  I love the park.  We have walked to Beer, did the park and ride into Exeter after visiting Simdouth and Exmouth.  Walked along the Cob in Lyme Regis and found some modest fossils in Charmouth.  We frove to Lulworth Cove and then walked to Durdle Door, sighting Maiden Castle on the way as we drove past Dorchester.  We have enjoyed meals out in Beer and Seaton .  The Watkins Family, Vale of Glamorgan, July 2013.


Our stay at Daramar was very enjoyable and its location was perfectly situated for us to explore the Jurassic Coast and other fascinating and attractive parts of both Devon and Dorset.  The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable and the overall attention to detail is superb with carefully thought out themes in the bedroom and a wealth of furnishings and amenities making it very homely and attractive place to stay for a holiday.  In our opinion, the heart of the apartment is the lovely bay window with its commanding position and revealing views of the Jubilee gardens and the clock tower, together with the sea and the sky as a picturesque and attractive backdrop.  Thank you very much for a wonderful weeks holiday, despite the weather being disappinting at time.  The Whittons - Oxfordshire May 2013.

We have had a very relaxing stay at this very spacious accommodation, it is lovely to sit in the bay window and watch the world go by.  (By far the best we have stayed in for a while).  The weather has been reasonably kind for us which meant we could take many of the lovely walks around this beautiful coast.  One of them over the cliff top to Beer.  Lovely little place Beer, very pretty.  The flowers are looking lovely here in Seaton.  The Morgans, Herefordshire, April 2013
