Customer Reviews: Short extracts from Lyme Cottage visitors book:-
Lyme Cottage Colyford Left on Aug 13, 2016 M Arthur Lovely cottage in quiet village setting. Cottage was very quirky with many lovely features. As a family with teenagers the lack of wifi was frowned upon and the lack of lighting from parking area to rear of property at night could cause problems as on 3 levels. Maybe something the owner should consider for future. Two local Pubs on same road very welcoming. The Seaton Wetlands and River walk near cottage was enjoyable. Would happily return in future.

A very comfortable stay. Storm Katie raged and we had the comfort of the lovely warm fire. Great base to discover the coast.

A warm cosy and very comfortable cottage.
Well equipped cottage. My mother had trouble going out the back steps (too steep). Beds very comfy, loved the fireplace & beams. The Georges.
We have to leave tomorrow, BUT WE DON’T WANT TO!!! The house was very beautiful! Everything here was so comfortable. One week here was definitely too short! The Henning family

My family have had an excellent holiday! I especially liked the garden. The view, scenery, the bluebells & the table. My sisters favourite thing was our bedroom, the fireplace was excellent, it kept us warm – This has been an excellent stay, a prefect holiday & one of the best. It is definitely one to come back to! The Harvey family

'Gem of a Cottage', Jul 2015 Cathryn H
Stayed at this cottage with family and it was a delight, clean and tidy, well provided for in respect of dishes and utensils in the kitchen and comfortable furnishings to relax in after a days sightseeing. Although we didn't get the best of weather the cottage stayed warm, much to my daughters disgust as she was longing to light the 'real' fire available for use. The folder of local information and guides was really useful, overall a gem of a cottage and wonderful place to stay.
