This pretty cottage is set by a quiet pathway just off the Fore Street in the heart of the popular picturesque fishing village of Beer.  Excellent position just a few yards (no roads to cross) from the sea, sheltered beach and bay where you will find local fish for sale, fishing trips, rock pools to explore and a good selection of family beach cafes. 

Extremely convenient, all on your door step, for the interesting shops, local inns, variety of restaurants and art galleries.  The model railway and quarry caves are close by and the Jurassic Coast Bus stops in the Square, 2 minutes walk away, travelling to Exeter in one direction and Lyme Regis and Weymouth in the other. 

Stunning coastal walks along the Jurassic Coast to Branscombe and Seaton.  'The Pearl of Dorset', Lyme Regis with the famous Cobb, sandy beach and Langmoor Gardens is only a 15 minutes drive.  The Regency town of Sidmouth is also a 15 minutes drive away, a little further on to the seaside town of Exmouth.  An ideal holiday home by the sea.
