Furnished holiday properties available for long winter lets - Flexi-lets
Ideal for in between homes, working in the area, building works on your own home or for a longer break. We offer flexible short term rentals from 2 to 6 months. Attractive rentals, winter let prices will be quoted for 4 months and 1 or 2 tenants, increase for shorter lets, larger families. Descriptions of properties are on our website and in our holiday brochure. Please note the prices on the website are for holidays only. Winter lets do not include linen, gas and electricity.
Tenants are responsible for all service charges e.g. gas, water, electricity, council tax, telephone / TV licence if applicable. Payment details differ with each property. Pets are allowed at a few properties at a one off charge of £65 per pet. Further details from our office.
